Mark Weber is a Ph.D. student at Rutgers University's Graduate School of Education, concentrating in Policy, Organization, and Theory. He is also a music educator in Warren Township, New Jersey. In addition to peer- reviewed articles and policy briefs, Weber also writes regularly on education policy for a variety of media outlets. His blog, "Jersey Jazzman," is one of the most widely read education blogs in the nation. Weber's research interests include charter schools, teacher evaluation, testing, and arts education.
We are experiencing an organic crisis of democracy, international in scope.
